1	Two (2) recent colour passport sized photographs
2	Two (2) copies of your child’s passport and visa
3	Two (2) copies of the child’s father’s pass
4	Two (2) copy of your child’s birth certificate
5	One (1) copy of your child’s immunization records
6	Completed “Nursery Registration Form”
7	Completed “Skillplay Registration Form” (if required)
8	Completed “Medical Questionnaire”
9	Completed “Terms & Conditions Modification” (if required)
10	Registration Fee of Dhs. 500 (one time)
11	Medical Fee of Dhs. 500 (annual)
12	Deposit Fee of Dhs. 1,000(Refundable against three month’s notice)
13	First Term Fees are due in full before the first day in class.
